Chelyabinsk Forge-and-Press Plant is a leading supplier of forgings to domestic car-and-lorry making industry. It also delivers pre-machined parts to USA.
The Plant now is in a process of obtaining ISO 9001 certification under TUV guidance. The certificate will be issued soon.

The Plant offers a wide range of products, puts new parts into production regularly, increases its technical potential and production capacity.

Some of them are:
- Unique press producing frames and side rails, length up to 8 meters;
- Production of wheel discs for trucks, trailers, buses, special purpose vehicles etc. ;
- Production of component parts for chassis;
- Cold sheet-metal stamping line producing truck and car body parts and other stampings.
- Hot forging.

We also can manufacture parts in comply with your specifications. Send us your drawings, and a week later we will be able to answer, if the Plant can manufacture such parts, and make you a commercial offer.

Chelyabinsk Forge-and-Press-Plant is and Open Joint-Stock Company, it was founded in 1941; number of employees is about 3000.

The plant consists of two forging shops:
Shop # 1 is equipped with steam-air hammers, weight of hammering bodies is 1 - 10 MT, capable to forge parts of complex shape 0.25 - 95 kg.
Shop # 2 is equipped mainly with crank hot presses (force-power from 1600 to 6300 tf) capable to forge parts 0.5 - 95 kg, as well as with horizontal forging machines (force power 630 - 3150 tf) capable to forge parts 1 - 70 kg.
Both shops are equipped with heat treatment facilities for part treatment (Q&T, normalizing) , cleaning after heat treatment ( tumbling drums, blasting chambers and pickling bathes) .
